A Platform for Co-Innovation and Co-Creation

The hackathon brings together talent from 36 non-competing companies in the Combient network. The aim is to create cross-functional, cross-company teams to address "business critical processes" across domains such as marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer support. In collaboration with Accenture, the hackathon will be held at their headquarters in Stockholm, with senior leaders from participating companies forming the jury.

Opportunities for Real Impact and Collaboration

Participants will tackle genuine challenges presented by leading companies, grounded in real business needs, with solutions that could be implemented across organizations. Collaboration is key, as participants will work with top talent, including developers, UX/CX designers, and subject matter experts. Cross-company teams are encouraged to foster "positive friction," leading to unexpected, innovative outcomes.

The environment is open and safe, with a shared NDA signed at the highest level to ensure secure collaboration, allowing for open sharing of ideas and solutions without legal barriers. Participants will also experience how fast, focused teamwork can deliver prototypes in a day, receiving coaching in data storytelling, pitching, and business presentation skills. Winning solutions will not only be celebrated but also given a real chance for follow-up, with senior leaders committing time for next-step meetings and possible implementation.

Next-Level Tools and Support

The use of next-level tools, such as Lovable's platforms, enables participants to build working prototypes faster than ever, marking a "Hackathon 2.0." Team formation is facilitated through the selection of teams for skill diversity, as well as pre-hackathon virtual meetings and coaching, designed to help participants feel comfortable and inspired before the event. Additionally, subject matter experts and coaches will be available for both technical and business problem-solving, as well as guidance in storytelling and pitching.
